There's a reason why you may not find your most recently posted score.  The Internet verification is optimized for electronic score transfer via the computers.  Write-in scores will be hand processed and take longer to reach the web servers. The Handicap Index information is updated once each month, usually by the 15th of the month. For example: If the revision date is May 31st, updated Handicap Indexes will not appear on the web site until after the middle of June.

There are a variety of reasons your golfer information may not appear on our golfer verification web site:

  • You may have entered an incorrect or an incomplete golfer number.
  • For new members, please realize that it takes 4 to 6 weeks for your information to be properly processed and appear on the site.
  • You may not really have an official USGA Handicap Index because you don't have the minimum of 5 scores posted.
  • Your club or club computer is not transferring data to the Carolinas and South Carolina Golf Associations Handicap Program in a timely manner and / or the club's data file was damaged in transmission.
