Cat Island – Beaufort, SC

Maureen O’Brien from Myrtle Beach won the 2004 WSCGA Senior Championship played at South Carolina National Golf Club in Beaufort. O’Brien and defending champion Karen Ferree were tied at the end of regulation play with a 36 hole total of 156. Maureen prevailed in the one hole playoff and took home the Championship trophy.

Jessie Finucan of Summerville captured her second straight Super-Senior Championship. Other flight champions include Diane Belair from Myrtle Beach, Elaine Johnson in a 3 hole playoff win over Barb Hocking, Carol Stone of Blythewood, Barbara Irons from Columbia, and Arleen Whitley of Spartanburg.

The WSCGA would like to thank Chair Mary Jo Demko , SC National Golf Club, and all of the staff for so warmly hosting this championship.
