2006 WSCGA Senior Championship

Kristine Berger of Hilton Head Island played steady golf in windy conditions during the final round to win her first WSCGA Senior Championship. Kris opened the tournament shooting a WSCGA State Senior record of 69. Paired with the second round of 75, she finished even par for the two day event at Hampton Hall Club. Jennifer Adams of Sun City finished second for the second consecutive year with a 73-78-151 total. Sybil Davis from Okatie, SC and playing out of Belfair tied for third with Helen Aitken of Hilton Head, both with a two day total of 154.

Jessie Finucan from Summerville won the Super-Senior Championship. Other flight champions include Ellen Miller from Pawleys Island who won a four way playoff to win the First Flight; Jan Bowers from Easley won the 2^nd flight; Ginny Costa was the winner in the 3^rd flight, and Missy Schulze from Beaufort won the 4^th flight.
