The WSCGA Vicki Hillen Junior Golf Foundation is a dedicated 501(c)(3) organization committed to enhancing the lives of young people through the game of golf.

Our mission is realized primarily through the Junior Golf Assistance Program (JGAP), which provides vital financial support by reimbursing tournament entry fees for qualified junior golfers, empowering them to compete and grow in the sport. The funding for these impactful programs is generously provided through donations from our member clubs' Ladies Golf Associations, dedicated fundraisers-including the signature Jane Covington Classic tournament=and the ongoing support of our community.

The volunteer Board of Directors guides this mission, working to foster opportunity, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love for golf among South Carolina's youth.
